Opening Ceremony will be at 9am, the event runs for 24hours, Joeys and Cub to have parent supervision at all times.

Please fill out this E1E1 Hills Relay For Life 18 if you are planning to stay overnight or be left under my supervision.

Our Help is also needed to run the Scout Climbing wall.

Police, S.E.S and St Johns also are present & take part in the event.

If you want to stay overnight bring warm clothes, warm sleeping bag , sleeping mat, comfortable walking shoes , water bottle & spending money for food ( maybe a raincoat ) Do not bring valuables as no responsibility will be taken if they are lost, broken or stolen.
A number of dome tents will be set up for resting team members as well as a pop up Marquee however please let me know before hand so I can allocate enough tentage.

E1_Buddy Badge Night Walk with Northmead . 2018

 

The parking is located at the end of the road , close to the club house, see the blue dot at google map for directions. We are going to meet at the area next to the club house. The track is 2.3km loop , the first part is a bit hard but second part is easy.

Please remember to bring torch and water, joeys need to wear enclosed shoes and warm cloths.
