Please be aware we are still meeting at Bundilla

The meeting will be at Bundilla. Bring a torch and jumper.

We are moving back into the hall! please come along and help us out.

Opening Ceremony will be at 9am, the event runs for 24hours, Joeys and Cub to have parent supervision at all times.

Please fill out this E1E1 Hills Relay For Life 18 if you are planning to stay overnight or be left under my supervision.

You will also have register online at relayforlife.org.au/hills & register with our team Winston Hills Scouts & supporters.

Our Help is also needed to run the Scout Climbing wall.

Police, S.E.S and St Johns also are present & take part in the event.

If you want to stay overnight bring warm clothes, warm sleeping bag , sleeping mat, comfortable walking shoes , water bottle & spending money for food ( maybe a raincoat ) Do not bring valuables as no responsibility will be taken if they are lost, broken or stolen.
A number of dome tents will be set up for resting team members as well as a pop up Marquee however please let me know before hand so I can allocate enough tentage.
