We have paid for exclusive use of the pools from 7 to 10pm, Please enter the pool by 7pm so we can start promptly.
Spectators are encouraged to come and cheer on their Scouts, Cubs or Joeys
Cost; Scouts $5, Cubs and Joeys $4

Registrations will be commencing at 6:30 pm at the pool entry gate.
Founders Day Parade will commence at 6:45 pm inside the venue. Please wear Full Scout Uniform for the ceremony.
Your age group is the age you are on the day of the carnival.
Each patrol will need to bring the appropriate gear as described in the event rules.

Cubs and Joeys are to be dropped off and collected from the Scout Hall at the times shown above.
Cubs will participate in Clean Up Australia Day in Oakes Road Reserve. Only 1 road will be crossed.
Cubs and Joeys should wear full uniform or Winston Hills Group Shirt, bring a Water Bottle and a broad brimmed hat and wear sunscreen.
Cubs and Joeys will be instructed NOT to pick up dangerous objects.
Parents are most welcome to help in this fantastic community service.
The Cubs and Joeys who attended last year thoroughly enjoyed themselves.
Cubs are to be dropped off and collected by Parents from the Wentworthville Fire Station at 6 Garfield Street, cnr Pritchard Street, Wentworthville. Location http://goo.gl/maps/liJtU or UBD 210 E1.
Cubs are to wear full Uniform.
Please note the earlier than normal finish time of 20:00, ie 8.00pm.
