PLEASE NOTE EARLIER START & FINISH TIMES
We will be visiting the residents of Woodberry Retirement Village and entertaining them with our singing & playing of musical instruments. I know that they will be thrilled to hear from our very talented Cubs.
Cubs should wear full uniform.
Park in the street close by & walk in.
We will meet outside the building, near the left hand carpark which is a little cul-de-sac. Mums & Dads are most welcome to stay & join in the singing or be part of the audience.
Please meet at the hall at 6:30am in full uniform. Joeys and Cubs can meet at the Third Settlement from 8am.
The Group will be setting up a dining Fly, table and chairs as well as serving breakfast from 7:30am ( tea, coffee and cereal ).
The event is organised by Hills/Kellyville Rotatory group and the group will be doing a flag parade at 9am.
I hope to see you all there at 6:30am!
