This is an opportunity where both Scouts, parents and siblings can participate in some Fun Water Activities. Joeys participating in canoeing will need to have either a parent with them, or at least a Level 2 Flat water Canoeist in the boat with them.

This is a non uniform day, however youth members to wear their scarves for opening parade. You will need to bring a broad brim hat (No Base Ball Caps), sunscreen, water bottle, towel, swimmers and river shoes.(or spare shoes that can get wet.)

PFD’s will be provided. All participants while in water craft must wear a correctly fitting PFD, and enclosed footwear. (River Shoes) Crocs are not suitable. All scouts must also wear River shoes while doing swimming activities. It is highly recommended that everyone in the water wears appropriate footwear.
