PLEASE NOTE THE 6.00PM START AND 7.30PM PICKUP. SWIMMING ENDS AT 7.15, ALLOWS TIME TO CHANGE ETC.
FULL UNIFORM TO BE WORN TO AND FROM POOL, INCLUDING CLOSED IN SHOES.
SWIMMERS, TOWEL, SUN SCREEN, DRINK BOTTLE
PLS BRING GOGGLES AND SHORTS AND T-SHIRT TO WEAR IN POOL
PARENTS THAT STAY WILL NEED TO PAY ENTRY AS A SPECTATOR $3.50 OR IF SWIMMING $5.00 EA OR $3.50 FOR SIBLINGS.
EACH PATROL NEEDS TO BRING 4 PFD (PERSONAL FLOATATION DEVICE), 4 DUCK DIVE TUBES, 1 INNER TUBE, 1 TENNIS BALL, 2 X 25 METRE TELSTRA ROPE AND 1 LILO.
PLS ADVISE YOUR PL IF YOU HAVE ANY OF THE ABOVE EQUIPMENT.

We have paid for exclusive use of the pools from 7 to 10pm, Please enter the pool by 7pm so we can start promptly.
Spectators are encouraged to come and cheer on their Scouts, Cubs or Joeys

Registrations will be commencing at 6:30 pm at the pool entry gate.
Founders Day Parade will commence at 6:45 pm inside the venue. Please wear Full Scout Uniform for the ceremony.
Your age group is the age you are on the day of the carnival.
Each patrol will need to bring the appropriate gear as described in the event rules.

Joeys to wear full uniform if available. All Joeys to wear closed in shoes.
Cubs and Joeys are to be dropped off and collected from the Scout Hall at the times shown above.
Cubs will participate in Clean Up Australia Day in Oakes Road Reserve. Only 1 road will be crossed.
Cubs and Joeys should wear full uniform or Winston Hills Group Shirt, bring a Water Bottle and a broad brimmed hat and wear sunscreen.
Cubs and Joeys will be instructed NOT to pick up dangerous objects.
Parents are most welcome to help in this fantastic community service.
