Aussie Bush Mob Holiday Packing List
The Joey – Aussie Bush Camp – all Joeys must have a parent or responsible adult in attendance for the camp.
Cost is $50 for Joeys, Parents, and Leaders This includes all meals. Please pay by cash
Parents will be required to assist with meal preparation, cleaning up, and at activities.
All participants need to fill in an activity form. Parents will also need to fill in a PED form (prohibited employment declaration)
Please see attached packing list. Label everything! Joeys and Leaders need to wear uniform to and from camp.
Arrive 9:45 am for set up and morning tea. Opening Parade 11am. If you plan to arrive later please advise your Joey Leader. If you need to leave before the end of the camp you must advise the Joey Leader.
Everyone must wear closed in shoes while on camp. No crocs, sandles or thongs. No singlet tops.
Joeys and Parents will be sleeping in Bunk Bed accommodation. Separate boy / girl rooms. Camping is also an option if you wish to bring your own tent.
Parents are responsible for showering and toiletting their own Joey.
All medication must be handed to your Leader on arrival in a sealed bag with the Joey’s name on it. Medication will be stored in a safe location, and distributed to a parent to administer to the Joey when required.
Camp activities will include craft, games, campfire, river walk, and lots of FUN and FOOD! Saturday night dinner will have an Aussie Bush theme. Parents, Leaders and Joeys are invited to dress up.

E1 2015 Comp Camp
Camp fee is $5. Food and consumables cost will be advised by your Patrol Leader.
This is a Patrol Camp, with each Patrol setting up its own campsite and cooking its own meals. Cooking will be on wood fires. Please cater for one Leader at each meal : Saturday -Dinner, Sunday – Breakfast, Lunch
Bring a packed lunch for Saturday, the rest of meals provided at camp.

How to get to Camp Ku Ring Gai From Windsor
Starting from Windsor road just before the bridge at Windsor.
Directions From Windsor Road.
On Windsor Road go straight ahead through the lights at MacQuarie Street. DO NOT TURN LEFT
Cross the bridge, the road becomes Wilberforce Road.
Follow Wilberforce Road to Wilberforce. Turn right at Sackville Road. NOTE THE STREET SIGN MAY STILL CALL IT KING ROAD. It’s the same road!!
Follow Sackville (King) Road to West Portland Road, turn left towards Lower Portland and Kurrajong. Note this turn is approximately 400 meters before the ferry. If you reach the ferry, you have gone too far.
Follow West Portland Road past Bull Ridge Road, over the one lane bridge and through the hair pin bend.
After 5.6 kms on West Portland Road turn right into Laws Farm Road. Note the sign to Camp Ku Ring Gai.
After 3.8 kms on Laws Farm Road turn right into Ski Lodge Road. Note the sign to Camp Ku Ring Gai.
The gate to Camp Ku Ring Gai is 0.9 kms along from the corner of Laws Farm Road and Ski Lodge Road. Keeping to the right, Ski Lodge Road turns into Holms Drive. The camp is in Holmes Drive.

This link to the site calls the road Ski Lodge road but it should be called Holmes Drive from where Ski Lodge road meets Holmes drive.
